A LEED certified home uses less energy and resources and is healthier for you and your family.
A residential building that respects the LEED criteria, whether it is single-family or multi-family, has spaces where people can live in full health, because they are designed with particular attention to the health and comfort of the people who live inside them: clean air, plenty of natural light and the use of safe building materials.
These buildings, being more efficient, allow us to consume less energy and water, thus reducing monthly bills.

OGB STUDIO has professionals within its ranks with the credentials needed to follow the entire certification process from the design phase, to construction, up to certification.

Thanks to the accreditations acquired by the architect Riccardo Hopps, who became LEED Green Rater, and the architect Mariana Duarte De Santana, who became LEED AP HOMES, OGB STUDIO will be able to support you throughout the certification process.
The experience gained, with the first two projects registered in Europe, according to the LEED v4.1 Residential: Multifamily Core&Shell protocol, projects us as the best Italian reality to provide qualified support to your needs.
