Whistleblowing, a system for transparency

In accordance with the Legislative Decree 24/2023 and as part of our commitment to a corporate culture based on integrity, transparency and legalityOGB GROUP provides a dedicated system for reporting violations, unlawful conduct, or irregularities, even if only suspected. 

Reports can be sent via the form on this page, in compliance with current legislation and the principles set out in the UNI/PdR 125:2022 on gender equality.

What can be done?

You can report situations or behaviors that may represent a violation of the principles of gender equality, including, for example:

› Discrimination, harassment or offensive behavior, including those based on gender or other personal factors; 
› Unequal treatment in selection, professional growth, career or salary processes; 
› Health and safety violations at work; 
› Breaches relating to personal data protection and cybersecurity; 
› Fiscal or administrative irregularities.

The organization guarantees the utmost confidentiality in handling reports. Retaliation or discrimination against those who report in good faith is not tolerated. 

The information and personal data are processed in compliance with current legislation on data protection.

How to send a
report

All reports are managed ensuring theconfidentiality of the whistleblower's identity, of the people involved and of the information contained in the report, in compliance with current legislation.  To allow a correct assessment of the facts, the report must be as detailed as possible.clear and detailed 

It is useful to indicate: 

› Description of the facts which are the subject of the report;
› Time and place where they occurred;
› Subjects involved or any elements useful for their identification;
› Any persons informed of the facts;
› Any information or documentation useful for verifying the report. 

 Reports must be madein good faithand may not be used for personal gain, individual claims, or retaliatory purposes. Reports intended to be defamatory, libelous, or intentionally false will be handled in accordance with applicable law. 

    The form can also be filled out anonymously.
