We support the project team in the redevelopment and transformation of the former headquarters of the Bank of Italy into a prestigious 5-star hotel of the international Corinthia chain. The structure will host 60 rooms, including 20 suites, restaurants, bars, a garden and a SPA. Our support concerns in particular the consultancy for LEED certification, guiding the design choices towards high standards of environmental sustainability, energy efficiency and guest well-being, in line with the best international practices for the luxury hospitality sector.
