Laurentina Street, Rome
The urban development project included the construction of a shopping center with a hypermarket, approximately 135 shops, a 1,300-seat multiplex cinema, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a large food court with 20 restaurants overlooking a large civic square. It was inaugurated at the end of November 2020, and is the first shopping mall to be BREEAM certified in Rome.
