Via Monte Rosa 91, Milan
A new green building in Milan: it is Monte Rosa 91, the historic complex that today is being renovated in the name of sustainability by achieving LEED certification. We followed the LEED BD+C and O+M certification process on behalf of the companies involved in the project: Ricci SpA for general coordination and civil works, G. Franco Longhi SpA for mechanical systems and MILANI SPA for electrical and special systems, architectural design: RPBW Renzo Piano Building Workshop. The two LEED protocols attest to excellence in sustainable design and management. Monte Rosa 91 presents itself as a space that integrates business, socializing and leisure, offering the community services such as a nursery, a gym, a restaurant/cafeteria and a large central green area.
