Equality as an organizing principle

OGB GROUP promotes a working environment based on equity, inclusion and respect for the dignity of people.

As part of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Management System, a dedicated channel has been activated to collect reports of behaviors or situations that do not comply with the principles of equal opportunities.

This tool represents an important element to strengthen the culture of inclusion and responsibility, contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization, to generate collective well-being, and to the prevention of discriminatory behavior, in compliance with the principles of confidentiality, impartiality and protection of the whistleblower.
